ADMINISTRATIVE HELP WANTED – Sales Assistant
Growing advertising firm in north San Clemente seeks experienced, permanent part-time Sales/Administrative Assistant for home-based office. (12-16 hours per week with flexibility to increase to a max of 24 hours) Primary duties include data entry, phones (incoming + outgoing) customer service, correspondence, file management, project organization, and various ancillary duties as assigned.
Multi-tasking, the ability to take charge and work independently are important. Individual should be highly organized, have good telephone, proofreading, & computer skills and able to pass a thorough background check. The ideal candidate would possess traits which complement our company growth: taking initiative to seek solutions, alert to new opportunities and approaches, flexibility to establish and adapt systems as company needs change.
$10/hour starting pay for first 90-days (probationary period).

Applicant must have good oral and written communication skills, able to work independently, provide their own transportation to sales calls, able to schedule appointments by telephone and have personal qualities helpful in a sales environment such as: creativity, discipline, motivation, positive attitude.
Sales experience or fund-raising experience is helpful, however training is provided.
